What is your return policy?

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer free exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please send an email to info@beeranddog.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us and will ship the exchange item at no additional cost to you. Please note that exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

What if my t-shirt arrives damaged or defective?

Firstly, we’re very sorry if this happens to you and we will happily work with you to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Please send an email to info@beeranddog.com describing the issue and we will work together to resolve it.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

How should I care for my t-shirt?

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
• Do not dry clean

Do your t-shirts shrink after washing?

Shirts are pre-shrunk, so with proper care, additional shrinkage should be minimal.

Are your t-shirts true to size?

Measurements are provide by our suppliers. Product measurements may vary up to 2″ (5cm)

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! We offer 2XL and 3XL for all our T-Shirts

Can I track my order?

Yes, after you place an order, our website will send you an email with tracking information. This email will allow you to track your order’s progress from our warehouse to your delivery address. If you do not receive the tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.
