Return Policy
Sometimes things don’t turn out how as expected, we get it. So firstly, our apologies to you that our product did not meet your expectations.
We offer returns when requested within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return:
- please send an email to info@beeranddog.com with your order number and reason for return. Please have the word “Return” in the subject line so we get to you first. Your hard earned money should be returned ASAP if you’re not happy with the product.
Please note the following conditions for returns:

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including tags if applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

2. We will email you a USPS shipping label so that you can send the product. As promised, the return label is paid for so it is free for you.
